The Arlington Apartments is a nine-story building at the southeast corner of Centre Avenue and South Aiken Avenue in the Shadyside neighborhood of Pittsburgh. This Classically-inspired Georgian Revival styled apartment building was designed by the esteemed architect, Philip Morrison Jullien. This location is centralized to convenient public transportation facilities, and is in close proximity to the shopping and entertainment centers of Pittsburgh.

Please note that the Availability Date of a unit will be the Lease Begin Date. You may choose a Move-In Date after the Availability Date, but your Lease term will begin as of the Availability Date (i.e., if the Availability Date is August 1st, the term of the Lease will begin as of August 1st even if you choose a later Move-In Date). However, if a unit is Available Now, the Move-In Date will be the Lease Begin Date.

Note: For all leases starting May 1st (or later), a required Technology Fee will be charged in addition to rent, which will cover amenities including Dojo Networks high-speed Internet and Managed Wi-Fi.
