  • Pets allowed - restricted to two cats or dogs (no breed or weight restrictions) for an additional $45 per pet/monthly. Confined pets allowed (i.e., hamster, bird, etc.) for no additional cost.

    Emotional Support or Service Animals do not count as pets. However, you will be asked to submit supporting documentation from your healthcare provider substantiating the use of an Emotional Support Animal. We do request information on the animal in case of an emergency in the building or unit and for the safety of our associates and residents.
